Kristen Herman Rivers
LMFT, Clinical Supervisor, CCH

Kristen Herman Rivers is a psychotherapist with over a decade of experience in the field. As someone who has never shied away from challenges, she feels extremely honored to be welcomed into so many people’s inner worlds to help them face their own personal challenges head-on.

Kristen earned a BA in Philosophy from The University of Wisconsin, Madison and a Master of Science from California State University, Northridge where she was a teaching assistant to the then department head, co-leading master-level classes. She spent several years providing therapy to students and professors at Glendale College where she successfully advocated for the inclusion of family and couples therapy. She has worked with people from all different walks of life and gained experience navigating a diverse array of human struggles. In addition to being a licensed marriage and family therapist, she is a clinical supervisor, an EMDR therapist, and a certified clinical hypnotherapist.

In her private practice, Kristen works with many creative people: actors, artists/animators, musicians, directors, editors, and writers. Among her clients are people experiencing life adjustments, neuro-atypical people (those with ADHD, gifted/highly gifted, and/or on the autism spectrum), parents, educators, college and postgraduate students, and adult children of dysfunctional families/narcissistic parents.

Kristen absolutely loves her job and she brings enthusiasm, grit, engagement, and passion to each and every session with her clients.

Greg Felden
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

Greg Felden is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in grief and loss, couples, men’s issues, and artists/creatives. Having experienced loss first-hand, Greg understands the importance of support in times of grief. He is a Certified Group Leader through Our House Grief Support Center who speaks at group practices and universities to educate other therapists on how to better support clients through loss. He believes deeply in the importance of healthy attachments and secure relationships and completed his externship in EFT at the EFT Center of Los Angeles.

Greg holds a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Northridge, a Bachelor of Arts from The New School for Social Research, and a Master of Fine Arts from Yale School of Drama.

Sheron Zhang
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

Sheron Zhang is a bilingual Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, fluent in English and Mandarin. Sheron sees adults, children, adolescents, and families. Her specialties include family communication issues, families navigating intergenerational trauma and cultural differences, individuals healing from dysfunctional family patterns, parents struggling to connect with children, and children and adolescents caught between cultural expectation and personal identity.

Sheron holds a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from USC and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology from UC Berkeley. She draws from multiple evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), play therapy, and sand tray therapy, tailoring her approach to each client's unique cultural context and family dynamics.
